Pat has&nbsp;30 years of experience&nbsp;in the property tax industry. He grew up in the Beverly neighborhood in Chicago. His Father is a retired Chicago Firefighter and mother a retired Chicago Public School Teacher. He spent 20+ years at the Cook County Assessor's Office and knows first hand how to make the office more accurate and fair for everyone. He is a certified Illinois assessing officer and member of the International Association of Assessing Officers. He holds a B.S. in Real Estate from DePaul University. Pat is also a volunteer firefighter/ EMT with the Western Springs Fire Department. He lives with his wife Margaret and three daughters, Sophie, Rita and Bridget in Western Springs.
