Assessor Kaegi was notified about the new construction at this site but neglected to inspect or tax the property. The Lyons Township Assessor's office has filed an undervalue complaint with the Cook County Board of Review to add $1.3 million of missing value back to the tax rolls, so you don't have to pay for this house's tax bill as well as your own.
